Built: 1955 - 1957

Architect: Maxwell Bates and Alfred Hodges of Calgary.

Builder: Bird Construction Company Ltd. (Thomas Osborne - Alberta Manager) Local contractors did most of the construction and installation of equipment, however materials and craftsmanship were imported from all over the world.
