- Canadian Consumer Handbook: Offers tips, questions and advice on consumers' rights, along with

- Car Cost Canada.com: Detailed dealer cost pricing for virtually all new vehicles sold in Canada.
- Consumer Product Safety:
Health Canada's assessment of the health risks and safety hazards associated with many consumer products used by Canadians on a daily basis.
- Credit Card Costs Calculator: Identifies credit cards that carry no annual fee and will be most
useful to cardholders who do not pay their credit card bills in full each month. It does not include points cards or gold cards.
- Epinions.com: provides a source for unbiased advice, personalized recommendations, and comparative shopping by publishing the
opinions of consumers on a wide range of products and services.
- Financial Consumer Agency of Canada: designed to educate consumers about financial services (credit cards, debit cards, mortgages,
banking regulations, interest rates, and other related topics)
- Fraud Bureau: This site provides online consumers, investors, and users with info and news on how to safely surf, shop and invest on the Net; to file complaints or to search for prior complaints
of fraudulent practices by online vendors including sellers at online auctions.
- Insurance Bureau of Canada: although primarily for the industry, this site provides the consumer with an overview of the Canadian insurance industry; an explanation of insurance terms and concepts, and consumer brochures.
- Insurance Canada: Insurance information and resources for consumers and industry professionals.
- Marketplace: CBC's award-winning consumer affairs program.

Particularly useful from the consumer's point of view are the consumer tips on a wide variety of subjects, including the topics: auto, charity, internet, scams and special services.
- Consumer World:
is a public service, non-commercial guide with over 2000 of the most useful consumer resources.
