I ove wheat. Wheat I love. I fancy everything that is made of wheat. From bread to steamed bread to cookies to bagels to cakes (sometimes) to pancakes to tortillas to muffins.... Actually let's make it more precise, because of course I don't like EVERYTHING
that is made of flour, who does anyway?
When I say I love flour, it's flour itself, not mixed with 3 cups of sugar and 5 hugeee scoops of butter because it doesn't taste like wheat anymore, it tastes like fatty sugar.
Bread, I like it brown. Brown and fullllllllllllll of grains,but not a hard bread, a soft one. Youknow, it has to taste good. I didn't say sweet or salty or sour or bitter, I said good. Something like umami. And for the steamed bread, it has to be a solid
one, no hundreds and millions of bubbles inside. A bun from the country side it's the best. If someone ever have the chance to visit China soeday, the steamed bread is to try!
The type of dumpling I fancy the most is the one where the dough part is the thickest whereas most peope likes the meat inside. I like when the dough is so thick that it squeezes the mmeat, than it make a good dumpling! :)
And of course, bagels, muffins and all the other pastries, I like them from time to time and...with sugar and butter in it.
No only do I like to eat them, I actually prefer to ust look at them.
Anyways, I love flour...... oh yah and cereals! ;)
